We are on the lane down to Menduíña beach — Baixada á Praia de Menduíña, 59, Aldán, Cangas do Morrazo — less than a hundred metres from the sand, with free parking for restaurant and guesthouse customers.

From the sand itself starts the Menduíña–Lagoelas coastal path, a walk beside the sea; and very close by are the beaches of Areacova, Sartaxéns and Francón. Before you head down, check the sea on our live webcam.

What to see
Cabo Udra and the sunsets of O Morrazo
The Cabo Udra nature reserve is a few minutes away: cliffs, coastal footpaths and one of the finest sunsets in O Morrazo. In the other direction, Cangas do Morrazo and its beaches; and out in front, the working ría: mussel rafts, small boats and shellfish that ends up on the restaurant's tables.
